Last week I was pet sitting for my neighbor's three dogs and two cats. She asked me to take the dogs on a walk three times a day for about an hour. (she paid me very well) She is an excellent trainer so her dogs are a dream to care for but what I didn't realize was that I would become fresh meat on feet for dozens of bugs!!! I never saw them, never felt them bite me until about three days later. I am COVERED with itchy bites! I am sure, I haven't itched this much since I had chickenpox at seven. Well what in the world does this story have to do with my card? Not so much the what, but the when! All week I have been taking Benadryl and been in a daze which meant card projects have been made at the VERY last minute! I was up in the wee hours for this one so I had the chance to play along with Audrie's IC611 challenge.
I don't know how Audrie does it week after week but she chose another fabulous site. Not only are the pics inspirational but there are a wealth of tips on that site. I have a Fitbit but have never stopped by their blog before. I will from now on. I am eager to try some recipes. My inspiration photo can be found if you scroll to the bottom of THIS page.
I used a fun stamp set from The Project Bin called New Leaf. Isn't this sentiment a hoot???
I used two distress inks and masked the moon. I tried a third but it changed the darkest color to purple and for this card I was looking for dark blue so I used Memento. I stamped, cut out the owl and popped him up on the branch.
For a little more info and another look at this card you can view My Blog.

Oh WOW! This card makes my heart pitter-patter! Absolutely gorgeous job! And now I think I need to try to get my hands on this stamp set, too! ;)
(THANK YOU for notifying me of making the favorites this week!)
