I have been absent from SCS for a week...A week...Can you believe it? I was so thrilled to get my mother home from the Hospice Hospital. What a great thing to have her home. She did the laundry yesterday! Can you believe it??? I never thought I'd see her home again. But, with that, Mark's flu got worse. He's not really too happy about that...And, our bookkeeper got sick, too! So, I've been doing 3 people's jobs for the last week! LOL Hey, at least I'm not sick anymore!
I loved the sketch, but after I finished the tree, I decided I needed to add the sentiment! The tree was stamped in Adirondack's Espresso. Next, it was sponged in with Palette Hybrid Ink's Landscape. The backgrounds were created with a Copic Airbrush. I added in Flower Soft for snow at the bottom and added in ultra fine glitter to the tree.
Completed size: 5 1/2" x 4 1/4"
Total time to finish: 41 minutes

Your tree is just fabulous! I love the shimmer and shine to it! The white flower soft is the perfect touch to this lovely scene!!!!! I can't wait for the first snowfall!
BTW, I'm really happy to hear about your mom coming home!!!!
