I chose BeckyTE's Saffron Heartspeak as my inspiration. It's outside of my comfort zone with tearing and piercing (so much so that I couldn't find my piercing mat and had to do it free-hand), but I love the finished result (note to self, next time add rub-on before you layer the papers ... I had a heck of a time getting it to rub-on). I changed the colors, heart and sentiment placement (a necessity due to my heart being larger than hers).

This is beautiful ... the colors immediately grabbed my attention as I usually expect hearts to be rd or pin, gol or silver. I also loe the texture from the torn paper layers (something I rarely do myself but always seem to like when I see it).

Oh, what beautiful papers and colors -- just love them!! Your torn edges add wonderful texture and detail and I just love the delicate corner piercing!!! This is fabulous!!! I'm so glad you could play -- thank you so much!!!!
