Just got my free Time Well Spent stamps (thank you, SU!), and put them to use on my more pressing project (a cake I was making to celebrate my friends' official adoption of their baby girl!)
This was so easy, and so fun. After frosting the cake with good old buttercream icing, I let it sit in the fridge for about an hour until the icing got a little "crusty" on top (sounds gross, but you know what I mean...LOL!). Then gently pressed the stamp into the icing and traced with royal icing. Thinned and spread the royal icing a little with a damp paintbrush. Viola!
