Today I'm uploading the first two cards I made for Jan's (heartsong47) Tickle a Teapotter Summer Fun challenge. The third card is in two parts, I don't want to overload the gallery today ;-).
I created the diorama card with sponging on white card and assembled it. The rolling sand was just hand-cut. I didn't have a suitable boat so I just sketched one in on the horizon after stamping the sea with IO's wavy lines and embossing with crystal EP, then adding some Stickles.
My bathing lady and beach huts were stamped on light watercolour paper and coloured with Inktense pencils, then fussy-cut. I used a snippet of ribbon to create a towel for her to lie on, fraying the ends.
The starfish and shells were also stamped on the watercolour paper and I added Glossy Accents to the shells.
