I did my background with the alcohol marker marbling technique. It is super easy and fun. The white areas are sun shining down in the water. I don't think my fish is in really deep water.
I stamped and fussy cut my fish and stamped bubbles. The sentiment and bubbles are stamped with Archival Ink so it doesn't smear on glossy paper. I used the glossy side of Yupo for my technique.
I wanted to put more white in the bubbles but my white gel pen would not work.
I think this will be a good card for a guy.

Super lovely, Brenda. Love the fish and the bubbles on that soft bg.

Oh my, Brenda, what a fabulous card for the inspiration piece you chose! I love it and love this darling "Wanda" fish and the soft blue! Yes, this is a shallow-water fish, but perhaps she is venturing out?! I love it and love the beautiful birthday sentiment! Stunning card, sweet friend! Hugs! xoxo

What a wonderful masculine card this is Brenda. I always struggle to do ocean water and your alcohol marbling is just terrific for this ocean. I love this big bold fish image and your wonderful bubbles too! How fun! ~Karen.
