Die cut a stitched rectangle from white cs slightly smaller than my card front, embossed the wheat in white, sponged the panel with DI, splattered with water (then blotted with paper towel), and then splattered with white paint. Die cut the bird (happy news: PB), and a small panel for the sentiment from black, embossed the sentiment in white, and adhered to sponged panel. Matted the panel in black, attached the bird, and attached to card front.

Maura, I love your awesome card!! The background is so beautiful in color as well as the white embossed image. The bird and branch silhouette die cut is the cherry on top!! Love it!
