Karen is our hostess this week and she has chosen: pool party, island indigo, perfect plum and for dessert: make it golden.
Die cut, and then used 2 and 3 step stamping for my peacock, adding some gold pen for the little dots on the tail feathers, and following that up with some gold stickles. Sponged the card front with plum, die cut a “peek-a-boo hole” in a separate panel, and also some gold and indigo sparkly sprigs. Embossed the sentiment in gold on the main panel. Popped it up with dimensionals on top of my sponged card front, and arranged the peacock and the sprigs. Added more stickles to the peacock for good measure!

Wow, my friend!! Your card is absolutely top-notch with the beautiful peacock and your marvelous design. The die cutout, gold and Island Indigo sprigs, and Perfect Plum behind the peacock is fantastic! I love the card, Maura!! We were thinking "peacocks" when responding to the color challenge, as I, too, used a peacock! Great piece of artwork, my friend!!!
