Today's challenge looked so fun even though it is out of my comfort zone. After I got the idea of using dots and daisies it occurred to me I have no fun dot paper, no daisy punch, die or stamp. I spent the afternoon figuring out how to make polka dot paper on Photoshop Elements by designing a simple pattern. I found a simple daisy on line and traced it by hand then created a file to cut with Klic-n-Kut. Grasses were cut by hand. For a small embellishments I used the KSS butterfly and cut it out. My goal was to make a card with no stamps and no DP but I caved in for the butterfly. The birch bark was from a tree. The fake ribbon is a strip of paper with stitches on it. Thanks so much for looking.

Nancy this is gorgeous!!! I love this and the way you did the center of the flowers, slanted the squares ... that piece of wood on the bottom - it is all so beautifully done!

Nancy, this is amazing. How clever to Photoshop your own paper. I don't even have Photoshop but has been on my wish list. I may have to take it off that list and purchase. Your card is fantastic, and certainly does not look like you are out of your comfort zone!

Nancy, your creativity amazes me. The fake ribbon is so cleaver. Your design is so pretty. The fact that you did this gorgeous card without stamps or dp is just unbelievable...you might as well have said that you waved a magic wand since I have no ability on the computer. Just awesome.

This is so fabulous, Nancy! Just beautifully composed. I really love the way you figure out a way to do whatever you want to do, and it always looks great. Your dotted papers in the two different colors and scale work so well together. And love your daisies! Just a great card!

LOVE your daisies! Their centers with the dots punched out are brilliant, as are the leaves. I shall be casing one day in the not too distant future. Thanks for sharing!

What fab techniques and textures on this Nancy. I love you used some real birch bark but it would not have surprised me if you made that too. Wonderful ideas abound on this. Hugz - lotz of them!
