Cathy gave us what I would call a relatively "wide open" sketch today. She put no numbers on any of the elements so a lot was left to our own discretion....fun. I turned the sketch 90 degrees.
I used a thin coat of gesso to create the lighter band on the bottom. Other than creating the Gelli print, the rest was VERY simple.

I think I detect a hint of dinosaurian rain forest in your background Sallie! It works splendidly with that fern (which are quite the primitive plants). I love the shadowed forest colours. Great card!
