I had an idea, found everything I wanted, and then the trouble began.
I couldn't get the cattails to punch out......I had to do a lot of snipping with my pointy scissors.
The bird punch was too big, so I had to get another one, and snip the birds off the wire.
The bg dp was perfect, but it didn't really go with the blue, so I had to add some bg color to change it.
The birds didn't look like birds, so I had to make teeny tiny wings, and add eyes. And of course, sponge those little suckers.
I put caribbean in the sky, and then had to add darker blue all around to get the darn color right......AGAIN.
I tied the bow upside down, and was lucky to get the twine to tie at all, after I found a big enough needle to poke it through the card (an afterthought). I also spilled the buttons.
Only took an hour and a half, and I'm NEVER doing this again. SO...you'd better like it!!!!!!!!!

Hahahaha, OMG are you my twin? We must have been separated at birth. This is the story of my life! (I'm only laughing because it's good to know others run into trouble like this, too!) But the card turned out GREAT!

What a hoot, your story had me at "the trouble began"..... I laughed and laughed. It's even funnier from my end, because my computer won't show a full size version of your card only the thumbnail. I know your card will be worth the wait - I love everything you do. Yahoo, it just opened. LOVE IT!!!! TFS
