I created my background panel by swiping 4 different colors of PanPastels over vanilla CS, sprayed it lightly with hairspray, then stamped the sentiment. I then placed an acetate die-cut bird by K&Company over my panel and embellished it with an Ivory Prima flower.

Wow - beautiful job on creating this card from your inspiration piece. The colors of the bg are perfect to pop your bird. It's as refreshing as a tropical sunset.
