I am sooo bad. My daughter is coming down from Chicago, and I should be making beds, picking up, getting my shower--but what am I doing??? Yes, you know.
Congratulations KopyKat on being chosen Queen for the Day. I looked at your gallery through and through several times and found several I would love to CASE. So many pretty, pretty cards. But, since I'm a littttle pressed for time, I chose something that I could make fairly quickly. I love this card of yours, so it worked out well. I chose Breakfast at TiffanyÂ’s. I used the same stamp set and made a few little changes.
I combined this with the IC252 challenge. My DP was inspired by this inspiration piece Wired. I added the red because I always need that little punch of color.
I really must go for now. I'll be back to comment, but it may be a few days.
TFL.

Lori, I'm not sure I'm proud of you for tossing the cleaning, changing beds, etc, etc. aside in favor of making a card. Okay, because Kopy Kat is a darling stamper, I'll cut you some slack only today though. How funny: we cased the same card but mine surely looks nothing life yours or the card from KK's gallery. Your card is amazingly well cased and totally on the money girl. Enjoy your daughter!

Well now, I see I am not the only one, who favorited THAT card - it knocked my socks off too!! Love how you "tweaked" it and made another fantabulous card with the piercing and the border punches to highlight the "gay Parie" look!!
Holly, I put that one into my favorites the day you posted it -that, my dear, is a drop dead gorgeous card that you can bet will will cased MANY times!!

This is just gorgeous with all of the fabulous elements you used to create it! Those Fleur de Lis borders are the exacto match for this image, and I love the background DP and beautiful ribbon! Beautifully done!!
