This is my submission for today's color challenge using ruby red and baja breeze. I needed to sub blue bayou, hope that is ok!
This is also for Mothermark's Teapot Tuesday Challenge 51 found here: www.mothermark.blogspot.com
Cindy is having sumo wrestling based on this week's teapot, and I haven't even taken a peek to see what activity is happening in there today...
But I decided to bring a bit of refinement to the "party" today with this pretty and feminine kimono. You can visit my blog for the link to the tutorial...
I'd like to thank my wonderful friend, Linda Borneman for her gallery inspiration that lead me to do this card today: CDS SNEAK PEEK! Asian Plants Kimono Bookmark & Holder by Hearth_Cricket at Splitcoaststampers
The center of this card has a removable bookmark!
Thanks for the challenges today, girls! It's been fun!

While this kimono is stunning, I betcha there is a GRANNY PANTY THONG under there (YAY, I said it AGAIN today!)...see Mutnik's submission if you need clarification!
However, think Kimono will surely get you into the front door first today! It is gorgeous!

What a beautiful kimono and so clever are you to hide a bookmark in there. I hope we don't fight over it at the party! This is so pretty and perfect for the challenges today. Nicely done!

Now you know, Traci, I woud never have let this go by without a comment! I love your template kimono. What fabulous paper you used; it's just perfect. Sponging the edges was pretty darn great too. This is simply the best and oh so appropriate for a tea party! So glad you brought something a little different to the sumo party! Sounds like you had fun with this one!

Wow Traci! You are going for the gold these days! This is a great pattern, and your papers and brad are so perfect. I like that it is functional too. Wonderful job sis!
