A couple days ago, I took some newspaper and inked it up using several different colors. Today I got to use that newspaper. Thus, my recycled moose........details.....
Using a white panel of cs, I brushed on some matte gel then started ripping up my colored newspaper and putting the tiny pieces on the bottom of my card.
Stamped and clear ep my moose from Clear Dollar Stamps. Lightly drew a tree and sun and some extra big blades of grass. Stamped an extra moose, clear ep, and colored with copics. Cut out and set aside.
Sponged the sky using Rosie's Roadshow cloud stencil. Then paper pieced the tree and sun. Sponged the edges and doodled a little.
Put this on a panel of white cs that I crimped. Then put this on a white card. Popped up the top part of my extra moose. Stamped the sentiment, cut out with word punch and traced around edges with a bic marker.
Well, hope you like my newspaper pieced scene here.........as always TFL :0)
I am off to the boat show with DH, but will be back later to comment on all your wonderful cards!

Ai! What a mind you have! I have to send this to Lovely Linda in Australia! She will flip. This is the gal that recycles everything. She sent Bubba a card that is a 'cuttlebugged' cornflake box! I think you too shall get along great!
Your colors and design are wonderful. I love the newsprint. Dawn made a flower with newspaper this week. Humm...I see a new trend! Great work Cathy!
