I had fun making this card because I just played with it without having any particular finished product in mind. I was so happy to see today's Stripes challenge. I love to mix stripes with other patterns. The striped panel is embossed with a Cuttlebug folder. The flower centers were stamped with a pencil eraser.
I really like the colors in this DP and thought it would make a pretty card. It is for the niece of someone here on SCS who was diagnosed with cancer. I hope it will cheer her. TFL

I am really into stripes! Your card is wonderfully subtle in colors and its perfect for your intended purpose! I like the CBEF on the DP, its subtle and sweet. Great card!

Oh, Leisa, this is so pretty. So soft and sweet and I love all the extra touches. Your coloring is terrific and I love the eyelets and cord and the butterfly is a perfect accent.
