Mr. Snowman and his friend Riley were colored with copics and decorated with white chunky glitter. Poor Riley is sooo cold that his nose is red! The Basic Grey dp was sewn to the background layer and distressed. Boy, do I love distressing...it covers up a whole lot of errors!!! The sentiment is from the retired SU set called It's Snow Time. This also is for my friend Chrissy's (chrissyd723) Belli challenge to use scallops. The Belli challenge can be found here: http://chrissyd723.blogspot.com/2008...-scallops.html
This was a fun project, Jeanne, but it didn't cool me off much...maybe I better make another one!TFL and have a wonderful day!

Cute, cute card! Love this image and the wonderful DP. (And there is that yummy ribbon again!)
