Cindy told me I could do her sketch even if I didn't have any MFT images. I kept saying I would try one and here it finally is. I really enjoyed your sketch, Cindy. Hope y'all aren't too disappointed that I had to use other images.
This sketch was pretty easy to work with but I made it time consuming (go figure) by all the paper piecing. The bird is pieced and all of the little flowers and leaves are pieced. I stamped and cut them out of two different colors of the dp; one pink bg and one green bg.
Two of the scallop ovals are also cut out of this dp and the others are cut out of choc. chip. It looks a little dark in my pic, but no black was used; it's all choc. chip.
The flower strip was stamped and pieced onto a white version then punched top and bottom w/ the MS border punch. (Need to get more of these.) The sentiment was computer generated and placed behind the hardware oval and attached w/ brads. I doodled around the outermost scalloped oval w/ a white gel pen. TFL
