this was my Christmas card this year. there are touches of red sparkle that the photo doesn't pick up very well: there's a dot in the center of each snowflake, dots on the tree, and the berries on the spray from Peaceful Wishes.
this card has a purely pomegranate bg, and i did some with real red. the squares were done with a 1 3/8 inch punch. the card size was determined by the squares, and ended up being 4 5/8 X 6.

I was one of the lucky ones also!! I feel so honored to get one of Deb's creations. She was the first person on SCS to reach out to me and make me feel welcome -- and she still does by sending these gorgeous cards!! This card took a lot of time to put together and it is perfectly aligned (every square). Thank you Deb for remembering me this Christmas -- I just took it down last Saturday (I keep all my Xmas cards on display an extra long time after all the other Xmas decorations are put away). this is truly beautiful, I love how all the images work so well together, it looks so simple and yet I know that it must have taken so much thought. It is WONDERFUL!!!

Wonderful card! Love the way the stocking used two squares and draws the eye as a focal point.
