Here is my card for 2 challenges - the Sketch challeng and the Jan08VSNmini8 challenge - Faux Linen.
I scratched the snowman glossy CS panel horizontally and then vertically with my sanding block - then sponged on Soft Sky to create a faux linen look. It's hard to see the scratching in the photo but you can see it IRL.
Then I stamped the snowman with Stazon ink and colored with prismacolor markers. I stamped the hat and popped it up on dimensionals.
I sponged the cuttled panel.
The sentiment panel is up on dimensionals too.
This is the Christmas snowman card I made for my friend at work to send to her friend in FL.

Julia, this is an amazing card! The color is just so yummy, and I love the little fat snowman. I have a bunch of rickrack but have never used it. You did such a nice job of using it, that without it, it would look unfinished. All of the elements make a complete statement, set off just right with the black. The little touches of red really catch your eye. TFS. Anne.
