I was intrigued by the embossing on the inspiration for the challenge (IC44) as well as the use of geometric elements---squares, circles, and bars.
So I used dry and heat embossing on my card---the circles on the red and white are dry embossed and the stripes (bars) on the green are heat embossed. The main image and sentiment are squared for contrast.
Now the bottom right element: The ornament is adhered to the inside of the card and pops through the window cut out on the front of the card. The ornament (old olive) is punched with the 3/4 inch circle punch. What you can't tell from the scan is that it is punched on the fold of the paper so it is a tiny hinged circle card with 'joy' from EFP stamped on the inside. I made the hanger with the 3/4 inch square punch (also punched on the fold) and wire.
The main image, the ornament, and the red snowflake are all popped up.
There is bling on the ornament and the word 'snow' in the main image.
Phew!! I think that's it. TFL!
