"Welcome Mat" is my final card in the series of three cards I created using the Hip Hip Hooray set in a challenge with Mona Lisa. The racoon is stamped on Shimmery White cardstock, cut out, and adhered to the welcome mat layer of cardstock using dimensionals.
The welcome mat stamp is by A Muse. I used the ticket corner punch to create the scalloped corners to accent the silver brads. The entire center piece is adhered to the chocolate layer using foam poster tape, to give the layer stability and height.
I used Dotted for the background. Instead of evenly inking the entire stamp, I pulled the ink pad in four directions across the stamp so that it inked the edges of the dots, but not the full centers of the dots. I adhered a silver Making Memories key to maroon ribbon using small glue dots.

I really didn't need this set when I saw it in the catalog but then you started stamping with it and now I think it's the cutest set out there. Love the welcome mat. key, polka dots and ticket punch corners.
