Jeanne suggested we play with Gorgeous Grape, Daffodil Delight, and Fresh Freesia. I had to sub on the colors a bit. At 2:30 this morning (colon. prep), the colors looked a bit different - lol.
I water-colored the scene wet on wet and then went back in with more detail. This is a sympathy card for a friend who just lost her sweet mother.

Your watercolor is so beautifully done and you have such an eye for the perfect way to layer it on the card. Yellow isn't a color I would often use as a layer here but it adds such a warm, lovely focus.
