This is for today's sketch challenge and also for today's Alphabet Challenge.
For this round, the Alphabet Challenge is focused on locations. My card is in honor of Pendleton, OR and the world famous (at least in pro-rodeo circles) Pendleton Round-Up whose catch phrase is let'er buck! The professional rodeo has existed since 1910 and is an unusual arena for rodeos. Sitting right behind the bucking shoots puts right in the midst of the action. If you google Pendleton Round-Up, you can find their website and take a little tour of the grounds. The Pendleton Round-Up is known for starting right on time - if not a little early sometimes and the start of the rodeo is thrilling with the rodeo court making their entrances from various gates at a very fast pace on their horses and then circling the arena at top speed. The Round-Up has also won the Large Outdoor Rodeo of the Year award for a number of years now.
For my card, no patterned paper was harmed. I created the background by die cutting a number of paisley shapes and stamping on them with True Friend in Poppy Parade for tone on tone stamping. I adhered them to the card base and doodled around them with both a white gel pen and a black fine liner.
I die cut my tag and shortened it a little carefully ensuring the stitching along the bottom edge as well. I stamped the rodeo image and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder. The tag is popped up with foam tape.
The sentiment is hand lettered. For my trio of dots, I clear heat embossed some black cs and die cut the three sizes. There are two levels of circles for each.
Thanks for the challenges and thanks for looking!

Your card for SC1004 and the Alphabet Challenge is truly remarkable! The homage to Pendleton, OR, and the iconic Pendleton Round-Up adds such depth and character to your design. The intricate details, from the hand-lettered sentiment to the meticulously crafted background, showcase your creativity and skill beautifully. Well done!
