Stacy is our hostess and has a wonderful site for this week's Inspiration Challenge. I saw this Mourning Cloak Butterfly greeting card and thought about this digi butterfly image. I did the stamp etching on the white butterfly, then added some shadows with some grays. On the vellum butterfly I added color with markers on the back. Fussy cut both images and adhered the vellum to the top of the white butterfly. Found some bright colored papers with the white lined paper. Added the die cut sentiment (which I don't love and might change) and some enamel dots.

I adore butterflies and you've created such a stunning design to showcase this one, Amy. Your coloring is beautuiful and I love the dp you used in your background.
