Here is the Elephant in the room for this week's Tea Party.
I have just spent time arguing with my computer about the colour of elephants. Elephants are Grey - not a wishy washy beige!!! Would it listen - no. Resorted to my IPad for the photo and the colours are much better. iPads know all about elephants being grey.
I used a water colour background for this card. Stamped, embossed and fussy cut the elephant. Stamped some little flowers and grasses around the elephant with Distress Inks. Layered the elephant up on top and die cut with Uniquely Creative nesting dies.
It is a very hot and humid day here today and after the battle with the computer I need something cold to drink now.
Hope you enjoy seeing the Elephant in the Room.

Helen your colouring and fussy cutting is amazing. This is such a gorgeous card and who wouldn't want this elephant in their room. I'm glad your iPad knew it's colours. Happy weekend and hugs from the West

Your elephant is just beautiful. But is there not a bit of a colour difference between African and Indian elephants ;-). The very first jigsaw I remember having is one my dad made me with a magazine illustration of African elephants stuck to plywood and cut with his scrolling saw, and maybe it was just the quality of the illustration but I'd go with beigy for them. Yours looks all set for an Indian wedding, like all the henna designs they do on their hands.
