This week's Featured Stamper is the very talented artist, designer and SCS tutorial maven, Dina (aka dini). Her Gallery is filled with gorgeous art, crafts, and projects that will provide you with inspiration galore. I have always loved the look of a black silhouette so this beauty immediately caught my eye: Adore by dini at Splitcoaststampers.
I kept Dina's circular bg but changed mine to a single circle die cut from a bg in my stash (sorry I don't remember the colors, I used). I switched her very sweet silhouette of children to a floral. I added an embossed bg for a bit more interest on my card and some glitter paper under the sentiment to bling it up a bit. The sentiment is computer generated using Arial font. This card will be going to this month's Cards for A Cause organization which sends handmade cards to kids, teen and young adults in foster care.
Congratulations Dina on being this week's featured stamper and thank you for inspiring me. There were so many options to chose from it was hard to pick and I hope to come back and CASE some others soon. In the meantime, enjoy your week in the spotlight and all the cards made in your honor. And, I hope everyone's day is filled with some sunshine and joy. I have the joy part right now, but the sun is hiding behind a bunch of clouds. Maybe tomorrow, then. TFL
