This is my sample for CC916. I am your hostess this week and I chose gorgeous grape, daffodil delight and pumpkin pie for the color trio. Dessert option this week is Halloween or Fall.
For my card I went with Halloween. I used a new die from CottageCutz - the Haunted Ghost House. I cut the house in the challenge colors plus neutrals of brown, gray and mossy meadow.
My background sky is ink blended on Bristol smooth cardstock with distress inks that are a good match for the Stampin' Up colors. I used black soot, villainous potion, carved pumpkin and forest moss. I masked part of the sky with a circle to get the moon image.
M welcome phrase is cut in pumpkin pie and I sponged the carved pumpkin ink to get a deeper color.
That's my card for this week. I hope you can play along with us using these Fall colors.

Oh, what an adorable, if spooky, house! I love all of your shading and blending. I wouldn't have thought welcome for a Halloween card but it really does make so much sense. I'm getting lots of ideas this week!
Mary, this is just the cutest haunted house! I love the bone holding the porch roof overhang and the witch hat on top is such a fun idea! The blended BG is perfect!

This is SO FUN! Your sponging is perfection. You added so many details it took me a few minutes to absorb it all. The bone supporting the roof was really unexpected. Wonderful Halloween card! FAVED
