Plan A was most definitely to use a word like Peace or something like that, and I had my image picked out (a pelican on a piling) - but it wasn't going to work with vintage. And Paris is a word ;-).
I pullled a gel print from my stash - I think it's Lavinia Element inks and white acrylic with a stencil, and cut it with a stitched square. (I ended up sponging the base with green and stamping with a swirl in dark grey before adding the print panel). I stamped the Paris collage. and then added the little bicycle cut from kraft. I had to mirror Bella so that she was facing the right way. This is absolutely a sight one sees in France - we saw dogs in bicycle baskets several times while on holidays. For a pop of colour I added the poppies, cut from watercolour paper and coloured with Inktense pencils. I added dots of Stickles for sparkle on the background, and used the Art Deco corners for ven more vintage.

A beautiful vintage style card for Kandie, Sabrina, so many wonderful details! I do love the puppy in the basket of the bike and the pretty poppies. Your bgs are always amazing and I love the fancy corners!

Great vintage look Sabrina! Wonderful backgrounds...like the two prints overlaying one another. Love those corner elements and that cute pup in the bicycle basket!
