Barbara chose some pretty colors for us this week in the Color Challenge.
For this weekâs Ways to Use It, Toni challenged us to use our scissors to snip elements for our card. Using Cinnamon Cider ink I stamped the Hardwood stamp on thin strips of Cinnamon Cider card stock. I sponged the edges of the strips of card stock and then wove them together to form the look of a portion of a berry basket. I snipped the ends of the strips at an angle. My strawberries are clipart which I downloaded, resized, printed and snipped around with my scissors and mounted on my woven strips. My sentiment is computer generated. I added a gem as an embellishment. Thanks for the fun challenges, Barbara and Toni!

This is so very creative to do a basket background like this for your sweet strawberries. I too love the font of the sentiment. It just suits the down home look of this sweet card.
