I think I have three kinds of snow in my background. One with Kosher salt, snow with white paint, and stamped snowflakes. I think my Kosher salt snow has melted before it hit the ground. That's my story.
I used an old set for the snowman animals and two of the trees. It was fun to get it out again. I watercolored the images and fussy cut. I used Dazzling Diamonds on the bunny snowman's hat....not showing much, if at all.
Misted my paper, brushed on the blue background ink to Mixed Media paper, sprinkled on my Kosher salt, misted a little, let dry, and rubbed off the salt. I tried this with a smooth watercolor paper and it didn't do so well. Into the trash bin. The tutorial also recommended glossy paper. And, I think cold press w/c would work.

I wondered why you titled this Snowmen, maybe the opened the thumbnail and started giggling - Thanks for brightening my day with these cute critters. I like your "multi-racial" snow It adds a lot of depth to your BG.
