Sue gave us a really fun tickle theme this time. I love to read, too so I had plenty of book covers from which to choose. I went with a book called The Alice Network by Kate Quinn. Here's the cover . It's about a network of women spies during WWII. The cover shows a London background but the story takes place in France, too, so I was able to use my new die cut featuring the Eiffel Tower. I copied an old German book page and then sponged a stormy sky. I added the Paris cityscape (out of some Prima paper) the car, and the woman. That's it! Thank you Sue, my fellow bibliophile!

So glad you got to use your eiffel tower die. Love this collage on the sponged printed page. Very vintage looking. I am taking note of all the titles people are recommending! This is such a fun challenge!

Ooh la la, this card has a nod to art deco that I just love, and is vintage too. This lady image is fantastic standing by this "woody" car with the Eiffel Tower in the background. What a great card this is to represent your book by Polly! ~Karen.

You really nailed it! Marvelous bg, love the clouds sponged over the text, your vintage woman looks every bit a spy. Glad you were able to use your new die with a move to France!!!
