No purple from me, but I did use some gingham vellum which I had pulled out for Carla's recent WTUI challenge and never used. I stitched it to the base with metallic threads which I would not do for everyone as they break so easily, but DonnaJeanne was worth it. I used an image which I had coloured last week, Inktense pencils, and some SN clear glitter pen on the little puffball flowers. I cut the big Sizizzix daisy three times from yellow mulberry tissue, and after a lot of playing around with the layout, went with this one, simply layering the tissue up, adding a microbead centre, and tucking a few leaves under.

Wow, Sabrina... I absolutely love the sweet image and you coloured it beautifully. Gotta love that big beautiful yellow flower you created. Really like the gingham background and the wonderful gold metallic stitching finishes it off perfectly. Awesome work of heart Donnajeanne is going to love this beauty.

This is so fun. I like the idea of the mouse on the yellow flower placed on top of a big yellow flower a lot. Gingham is a great pattern to go with that flower. Sewing with metal thread? You are braver than me!
