This card is for the Sketch Challenge this week. I was a bit stymied when I first saw this sketch and was not sure what to use. I was tossing ideas around with a stamping buddy and suddenly remembered this background stamp and thought it might look good with the spotlighting technique. I was originally going to use Shaded Spruce and Merry Merlot and had both images stamped and was taping down my rectangle dies when I had the idea of gold embossing the spotlight images! I got very excited and I have to say I am thrilled at how this turned out!

Wow great card. i have this collage stamp also and have been trying to think of ways to resurrect it this year. May be casing this card in the future. The spot light is a great way to use it.
