This is for the Featured Stamper Challenge honoring Victoria / Hawaiian. I know she likes fairies and the color yellow. I used a stamp set that I picked up on eBay recently. When I purchased it, I even thought of Victoria and the Alpha Sisters. I was inspired by this card:
I stamped my image on watercolor paper that already was sponged in a few spots with yellow and pink. I found paper with those two colors and went from there, using stripes instead of plaid. I watercolored the image focusing on yellow, green and pink; and then I die-cut it into a fancy edged circle instead of an oval and sponged the edges & background. I mounted it on a white die-cut circle so the sponging would show. Finished with three die-cut butterflies, a sentiment banner and of course, sparkle for a fairy! I added Stickles to the circle edges, fairy wings, and mushroom dots. It is very sparkly IRL. It was a fun card to make and I am happy to use my new-to-me stamps. Thanks for sharing your cards with us, Victoria and for inspiring mine today. TFL

Wow, Diane, what great honor you show for Vicki with this beautiful case of her beautiful card! I LOVE the beautiful fairy image! We thought alike about doing a fairy card as I, too, think she must love fairies! Hugs!
