Today's sketch was perfect for a CAS sympathy card for our former church Encouragement Ministry. Also, did this for our Alpha R challenge. This is a robin, and that is my story and I am sticking to it! Also, for the double challenge I recycled the back of the page that says Sale a Bration SU! on it. Don't know what year. On the front it is fancy fan pattern in crushed curry, maybe? Anyone recognize it. I had torn it off to use some day, son don't know what one it was on. I actually think it was an extra cover page over the catalogue. First time to use stamps and punch in a long time so it is for the USEIT in 2018 challenge, too. Oh, and I never use Washi tape, but here it did! I also am using my FSJ Sparkle Silk for the first time. I had to take the paper off that was taped over the lid. I hope you can see the splattered sparkles.
Thanks for looking.

Your colors look so pretty together, Sharon. Good for you to recycle in such a nice way. Looks like you have a pretty blue bird....maybe she is like the Ugly Duckling story, right! Adopted by robins, perhaps~

Very pretty. Terrific job with the sketch. Good for you using stamps and supplies from your stash that you haven't used in a long time and for recycling something you had saved. You brought everything together into a lovely card. Well done. TFS

Such a pretty card, and very comforting and calming for someone who lost a loved one.

What a beautiful sympathy card this is Sharon. The colors are perfect and I do believe this robin looks sad too (sharing in the recipient's sorrow). I see sparkly splatters, and they are just the right touch here. I also love your sparkly die cut piece or is this the washi tape you used? You have made a truly lovely card for the challenges Sharon. ~Karen.
