Toni is this week's Ways to Use It Challenge Hostess for Let's Resist! I used the Embossed Resist technique. Hope you'll come play along.
The peacock feather bg is from my stash. I continue to try to use at least one stash item per card. I stamped the feathers with clear resist, sponged on ink, then stamped three feathers in color and heat embossed them with clear ep. I stamped the peacock repeatedly, adding colors each time. Used glitter gel pens to catch the sparkle of peacock feathers. Stamped the sentiment. Then I scored around the edge of each of the white panels and the blue card base. Stacked my panels to finish. Gorgeous peacock colors, Carla! Love the layers of feathers and the idea of repeated stamping of the peacock adding colors each time...will need to try this!

Just beautiful with the peacock and the feathers. Of course, the perfect colors, too!

Oh my, Carla, this card is beautiful! I love your emboss resist with the peacock feather as the background piece, and the multiple stamping of the peacock resulted in a marvelous peacock!! Great response to the challenge, Carla!!
