CCC17SEP - trees, Christmas or just snowy trees, and outdoor scenes
I have had this stamp set since 2002 and never used this image on a card - GASP! I could never get a good impression of the image with all the detail until I took it off the block and put it in my Misti. I love how it looks and am so thrilled I did not give up on it and give it away. I had a ton of fun coloring all the detail to bring this to life.
Once colored I added some coordinating Christmas DP and embossed the top finished off with ribbon.
I would love it if you would check out my Blog: Shoe Girls Cards.
Thank you for looking!

Beautiful tree....I love the vintage feel of this. I know what you mean about not being able to get a good image...thank goodness for MISTI! Gorgeous card!

So, so glad that you didn't give up on this! So wonderfully and richly colored with so much detail. A rather nostalgic feel to it. I am using my Misti more and more. However, I have so many wood stamps, it seems overwhelming to undertake the task of getting rid of the wood blocks!

This is beautiful!! Your coloring is fantastic and looks time consuming, but so worth it. I love this! I think I've used this image once and didn't color it.
Thanks for giving me a boost to resume converting my wood mount stamps

I still have this set, love the vintage Christmas images in it, they never go out of style. Love your coloring on the tree with all of the detail on the ornaments and gifts. Beautifully done! Thanks for a great challenge, we all have stamps that are dear to our hearts and it's great to be able to use them again.

Lisa this is a beautiful Christmas card! So festive -- I can't get over how deep you can get your EF done -- it really takes a 3-D effect to a new level! Beautiful card!!

What a gorgeous image, so glad you kept it. It is brilliantly colored. I would love to know your process for converting your wood mount stamps as I need to work up the courage to do that too!

Yeah, those big stamps are so hard to get a good stamp. Maybe I should try switching my stamps too...
Thanks for a fun challenge today! Glad you got to use this fabulous stamp!

I love this challenge today. It is right up my alley. Old stamps really are goodies, and I hate they seem to take the back seat to our newer things most of the time. I love seeing them being resurrected.
