Bet you didn't know I had my own pumpkin patch, did you? Actually it's an imaginary patch...no room in my yard for pumpkins! I made my bg using various distress oxide inks applied,spritzed, then heat set...done in many layers. Then I took a leaf stencil and a baby wipe and wiped away the open sections of the stencil. I like how it turend out.

LOVE the contrast and depth you created. Your lady is dressed perfectly in her sunflower print and she's holding that pumpkin with such pride, like it was her baby. And that double awning, is addition.

That is a wonderful background Polly. I like the scallops and the fun letters. (I've never grown pumpkins either, but the idea of being able to pick one out of your own patch does seem fun, doesn't it?)

That is a FABULOUS bg...so like how it turned out! Love your little lady farmer with her lovely pumpkins...beautifully colored. Love the striped big scallop top borders, and really LOVE the letter with black doodle dots!
