DD8ABC1A: we are starting the alphabet over again and are on the letter A. The double challenge was to use black/white or brown/white zebra stripes which I did with dp. My A is the beginning of the sentiment.
SC658: I used today's sketch challenge for my card. Great sketch, thank you!
TLC651: this week's technique was to emboss ribbon. Sadly, my embossing doesn't show up very well in the photo, it does better in real life. I embossed several other ribbons as well but this was the one that worked for this card.
I heat embossed the sentiment. On the inside it says "and loves you just the same." I have had this stamp set for a long time and this is the first time it has seen ink! So I'm happy about that as well.
Thanks for looking!

Beautiful card Catherine! I love the black and white zebra stripes for this card with your terrific stamped and embossed sentiment (so glad this is seeing ink). The pop of red with your lovely embossed ribbon and your red sequins makes the eye travel so nicely around your card. I also love the fancy cut corners on your sentiment panel. You have started round 8 with a bang my friend! ~Karen.

My fav color combo! The zebra print adds a bit of interest, and so does the RED!!!!

Ha, ha! What a great stamp! I really like the way you presented it on that tag. The punched corners are so pretty. A classic colour scheme with pizazz!
