I needed a Birthday card for My BIL . He lives by the coast, so I thought I would try out my new ODBD Fishing boat stamp. Great sketch to try this out. I kept it simple for a guy.
My strips got a bit wider then first was going to start out with, but wanted to show some of the grasses and sunsets, so I wont even mention the size of this card...lol...the whole 6 by 7.5 inch of it...;0). I just did the sunset bgs and stamped the silhouettes and did a few touches wth a white pen. They showed up better on the waves then in the grasses, might go over them again.
Was great to be able to have the time to get in a challenge...miss them...Thanks for the great sketch and for the visit...HUGS

Oh wow this is fabulous Wanda. Your background sponging is out of this world and I love all the silhouette stamping. You must be thrilled to bits with this 'sis', say hi to da mama.

Wow and wow, what a great masculine card. I love that the ship is spot lighted, with the grasses in the bg,, Beautiful darker color combo. This is a fabulous card. Love it. tfs.
