To keep the bg simple, in place of panels #1-#4 being separate, I embossed and scored the white CS to represent them. Added some sponged color. The rose(in place of the circle) was stamped on watercolor paper, colored, then cut out out and popped up. The two "unnumbered doodads" on the upper right of the circular panel were eliminated...and instead, two rose leaves were added lower.

This must be one of those Knockout roses I've been seeing in the garden center. Because it is indeed a knockout! It's colored so perfectly and the little adaptations you made in the sketch add even more beauty to your card!
