Okay...you may be wondering how on earth this fits with the challenge presented this week? Well...wouldn't the concert hall look nice if it was decorated with some pretty flowers? I thought so too! I purchased this set at a garage sale last summer, and had not used it until today.
And...for all you colour challenge ladies...the close enough rule will just have to apply today. I did not own even one of the colours for this weeks challenge, but I used the handy-dandy colour chart I made to find the closest matching combination. The colour challenges save me SO MUCH TIME...I could spend hours sorting through all my stuff before I can decide what do to.
Lastly, I did 'double duty' while I was crafting and had everything out. One card is for Mother's Day, and one is for Polly who is recovering from a serious accident.
Thanks for looking!

Gorgeous image, and so beautifully colored. Clever to create two while you were at it! I love the embossed background, and the sentiment panels are awesome!

What a great set to find at a sale, Claudia! And yep, I think most concerts I've been to, the stage decor is a big part too , so I like your lateral thinking...and I'm sure Polly loved the card.
