Instead of helping fix a quilt, I made Cheryl a new one, including a favorite color blue. I die cut a watercolored piece. I put glue on the base and put the pieces, still in the die, down directly onto the glue so they'd stay in place. Then removed the die.

Kathy, your watercolored piece made the perfect quilt for Cheryl! Wonderful verse you chose!

Oh, Kathy, this is gorgeous, and I just received it today!!! I love it and have to say that you have officially made your first quilt! It's amazing with the beautiful watercolored piece and how you die cut, glued it all together, and then carefully outlined and added the stitches! Wow! I just love the beautiful Psalm you've inked in white - the best sentiment ever! We should always rejoice - in the good and bad! And what a blessing to have such wonderful SCS friends like you! I am so touched by your coming to the tea party for me! I am so encouraged and feel so loved. Thank you, precious friend! xoxo

I just love this die and the pretty quilt you have created - it is such fun to create quilts the easy way. Cheryl can never have too many quilts either.
