Congrats to this week's Featured Stamper: Pat (pvilbaum)! Pat has a fabulous gallery and I always enjoy seeing what she creates!
I loved Pat's Communicating Christmas card when I first saw it so it was a natural choice to share it here!
I have been creating cards with snow on them this week in hopes that they would cool me down! It's been in the mid 70's here and although that might not sound too hot, with the high humidity, it has NOT been pleasant! We would love to see a bit of the white stuff. The heat and humidity is causing us to be bit cranky!! It's surprising how much heat Christmas tree lights generate! Anyway....I had a blast creating this and adding mediums to make the card look as though it is dripping with sparkling snow and ice!
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas!!!

Angie, thanks for casing a card! I'm so in love with the mixed media you used here! The snow and ice textures really come through. I know what you mean about needing to cool off. We started to get rain today and cooler temps so maybe it will feel like winter a little more now!

Very pretty card. I like all your interesting layers, but I, for one, would not care if it ever snowed again!! I've had enough of it ... at least we don't have to shovel the rain here in NE Ohio!!

What a neat card! Love this! You used some warm colors here...perhaps you should try cool colors and your wish for snow will come true. We're getting snow right now...suppose to get 6" or so...I'll ship some your way...
