You are not going to believe this...this card took all of 10 minutes to make! I know seems incredible but there it is! About 80 years ago (well maybe not quite that long) I found some really great file folders in the 'give away' bin at Mikes. The outside was this great pattern and the inside is this beautiful blue. I found them again the other day when I was on an archeological dig in my studio. All I had to do was decide how big I wanted the main image to be, cover it with versamark, iridescent ice embossing powder and hit it with the heat gun. The other thing I found during the dig was this very old Cuttlebug embossing folder. Then ..'POOF!'.. a card. Couldn't get any simpler than that. Golly I love it when a plan comes together!!
Something very old ~ file folders & embossing folder
Something new ~ Iridescent ice embossing pwd.

your right I always think the ten minute thing is a hoax lol... but I understand what you mean I have some that go together just that fast because of things on the table. and I love the contrast between the glitter panel and the background too.

Holy Smokes, I do believe you are the first ever who a combination archeological flora in their craft studio! You went a dig? That's pretty impressive too. I'm going to have to remember that, Mrs. Noofy. Poof. Just like that you can sure make a grand slam card in a matter of minutes. Yahoo!

Sue, I LOVED your write-up!! I got the biggest chuckle out of your "archeological dig" comment. You've proved to all of us that in 10 minutes a stand out card can be created. And even though you found your supplies 80 years ago *giggle* they stood the test. Three cheers for 10 minute creativity! It's like a power nap (she laughs).

I can just picture you in your khaki shorts and shirt, hiking boots and pith helmet digging for antiquities. Your file folders was a great discovery. I love how you added your bling to the focal point.
