But was thinking literally and didn't have any white tissue paper. Later, I thought I might be able to distress some paper enough to separate the layers and get a tissue paper look. So I rubbed my stylus all over a few squares of SU! Naturals paper until I was able to break down the layers and separate each into two thin sheets. I then cut out scalloped circles, wet them, scrunched them up, put a brad through them and fluffed them up. I let it dry upside down. I got close.
