I chose this image from our wonderful inspiration site this week but changed the colors a bit: http://www.felixdoolittle.com/web/im...istmastime.jpg
I die cut the focal rectangle and then embossed the tree in green and the sparkles around it in gold. The baubles are pink and red marker to stamp (I had to touch up a bit with the marker too). Then I masked the tree and blended peacock ink around it, followed by a spritz of shimmer spritz for shine. Added tiny stars from the falling star cover plate (also from gold cs) and the "joy" from hand lettered holiday. Matted it with gold and mounted to card front. Hi Maura. GORGEOUS!! LOVE peacock feathers ... and it looks so amazing as the backdrop for your beautiful embossed gold tree. Great use of non-traditional pinks to add a special flare ... they work perfectly with the gold and turquoise. Thanks so much for joining us again at ATS&M!! xx
