Congrats to Barb Mann, this weeks Featured Stamper! HERE is the beautiful card I chose to case from her lovely gallery. I love the way Barb used a watercolor bg and left the image uncolored. I changed the layout slightly by putting the image in the bottom corner and the sentiment in the top left, made it a little more CAS, and added sequins. To create the bg I sprayed water on the paper before brushing in color, then sprayed a bit more until it spread. When it was dry, I spritzed on water and then used a paper towel to lift some of the ink. Used one of my favourite Bible verse stamps..."Be still and know that I am God...." Hmmmm....think I'll do a little of that today!

What a perfectly wonderful healing card, Bridget. Like your new photo profile too.

I love how you scattered the sequins on the watercolor it almost gives it an raining gems look which really fits with the sentiment. I love that it's simple too.

Bridget your card is amazing! I'm adding to my favs and pinning it too. The way you added the watercolor down the paper is gorgeous. The colors blended perfectly. They almost even made their own shadow under the chair. I was happy to see it chosen as a favorite this week. You definitely deserve it! Thanks for playing and making this a special blessed week for me. I'm truly honored to be the FS this week... Barb
