First...Happy anniversary Sabrina. I hope this card is bright and summery enough. I was in the park during my lunch break thinking that I really should be walking to get some exercise. Well, drawing is do much more fun. I cad a black pen and a scrap of paper. I used my check book as a ruler to draw a panel and doodled some flowers. I decided to color in the negative space and left the flowers white for a future black and white card. I was up very early with my insomniac dog and decided to check out the challenges. When I saw Sabrina's challenge for a bright sunny card I decided to color my flowers with copics. Then I checked the scetch challenge...what luck. Usually when I have something square, the SC uses something round etc. My flower panel was perfect. Although it isnot quite CAS, it is flat and stackable so iincluded the CAS275. TFL, Francie

You sure work wonders with a scrap of paper, a black pen, and a checkbook! This is so vibrant and as your title suggest a "sunny" card. The bright colors of the flowers are fabulous with your B/W bg and the yellow gingham .....it reminds me of "flower power" designs of the 60's...I was really young then ;)

So sunny, bright and cheery. Your flowers look fabulous against the black background - really makes them pop. Congratulations on being a Weekly SCS Favourite :-)
